My payment is not going through?
We use Stripe to process all transactions, who accept all types of credit and debit card. If there is no issue with the funds on your cards, please try again in a few minutes.
Can I share my viewing link with a friend or colleague?
Unfortunately not; you will need to buy individual tickets to the event. Your viewing link is personal to you.
Can I submit questions during the event?
Absolutely! There will be a question submission section on the livestream page where you will be able to post questions throughout the stream. We will then try and answer as many as we have time for at the end.
Will the event be recorded? Can I watch (or re-watch) later?
Yes, all events will be recorded and available to watch post-event at no extra cost.
I cannot hear anything on the live stream!
Please try watching our test video below. By default, some browsers mute the audio of videos and so you may need to toggle the unmute button that can be found either on the bottom player bar, or in the top corner of the video. You may need to hover your mouse over the video in order to see the mute toggle icon. Failing this, please ensure your device sound is turned up fully, you can try playing music or another video on your device to ensure the issue does not live with our livestream page.
The live stream is stuttering and/or starting and stopping!
The likely cause of this is a bandwidth/connection issue with your device. A slow internet connection can cause issues with the video playback. Try and view the stream in an area of good WiFi or 4G connectivity and if there are other users if your household that may be streaming games/videos etc on the internet, then this could also cause speed issues. The quality of the livestream can be reduced and therefore help stop the glitching, this can be done by clicking the cog icon in the lower right-hand corner of the player and choosing a lower quality such as 720p.
What equipment do I need to be able to login?
You will be able to view the livestream on any device that has an internet connection such as a laptop, tablet, desktop or smartphone.
What do I do if I can’t attend on the day but have paid for a place?
You will be able to access all the recorded sessions post-event.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my place in advance?
As the sessions will be available to watch post-event we will not be issuing refunds. If you have questions you would have submitted had you attended, please do send them to us (academy@spinal.co.uk) and we will endeavour to ensure they are answered during the live panel discussion that you can watch afterwards. Alternatively, you can transfer your place to a colleague by contacting us on the same email address.
Will I be visible to others attending the conference, and/or will others be able to hear me?
No, you will not be visible and your microphone will be muted. Any questions you wish to submit will be via the question submission section on the live stream.
Two of the sessions run concurrently; how do I select the one I want to attend? Can I still watch the other one?
You can choose which session to watch live as part of your registration. You may return to this site after the event to watch the other session.
Will there be subtitles?
There will be no subtitles during the live stream but they will be available post-event if you view the recordings.
